Short Description: STAUBCO® Geo L

STAUBCO® Geo L is an antifreeze based on monopropylene glycol that is used especially in geothermal energy. It ensures optimum heat transfer and frost protection, particularly in geothermal systems such as brine-to-water heat pumps. Other areas of application include heating and cooling systems based on renewable energies and industrial applications.

STAUBCO® Geo L is available as a concentrate and can be diluted with water to the desired grade. It can be mixed with all antifreezes based on monopropylene glycol.

STAUBCO® Geo L is available in different packaging sizes.

Material compatibility

of STAUBCO® Geo L

The ingredients of STAUBCO® Geo L have been carefully matched to the materials used in plant construction. Metals, plastics and sealing materials are not attacked by STAUBCO® Geo L. The following materials met the requirements in the test:

Galvanized system components should be avoided, as zinc is not resistant to glycols.

If you dilute STAUBCO® Geo L, please note that the proportion of STAUBCO® Geo L must be at least 25 % by volume. If the product content is lower, your system is no longer sufficiently protected against corrosion.
